A low margin requires an excellent CPA
As it involves buying leftover stock, reselling other people’s purchases, etc. it is a tough market to be in, for more reasons than one. Our focus has therefore not only been to deliver a high turnover, but especially to lower the CPA as much as possible while doing so. By incorporating this into our digital ecosystem, we focused on creating relevant segments for various sneaker brands and placed the buyers in them. In addition, we divided the segments into gender, as this is relevant to the sizes that Sneakerzone has in stock.

With our success with the above email strategy, we had to see how we could utilize this data across marketing channels. Therefore, we created relevant active audiences for the individual sneaker brands, targeting the loyal buyers and people similar to them based on online behavior. Here, there was a particular scaling basis for Sneakerzone, as Performance Max offers terrific click-through rates if executed correctly.

A TikTok collaboration
The Sneakerzone brothers are excellent at TikTok. In fact, they have been ranked as the best business in Denmark in terms of followers multiple times. This is a result of the assembly line that has been built. By advertising relevant TikToks and giving them a boost, especially with the “Follow” targeting, we made sure to solidify Sneakerzone’s presence on TikTok, thus delivering an organic revenue every time a new video was posted.
